We have studied English through literature in this semester. This lesson is tutor Wu Ligao. He is a handsome and humorous teacher.

The course include many world famous writers’s  literary genres. There are novel, poetry,play and so on. Tutor Wu taught this lesson When he would introduced this famous literary work’about the author, and the author had written the literary historical background.He taught about page 36 in the text, he demonstrated London and Westminster Bridge in his PPT as the same time he was reading the test. He read“The city now doth like a garment wear ”,“The beauty of the morning :silent,bare , ships ,towers,domes,theatres”,and temples lie.” I seemed already been reached London’s morning when I seated classroom. He has brought us that silent and beauty to London.I thought it is so beautiful!So he also introduced the poem’s writing techniques: personification.

Tutor Wu introduced the play about Pygmalion . Include the play’s  people relationship, their person situation, status.He told us the play’ character dialogue each other. He told us the characters in the play.He read personally the text with the play’s emotion.His voice was in measured tones. We have steeped in flowergirl’s thoughts.Although the play’s conversation is simple, but Wu’s teach is detailed about every literature.So you have not thought bald when you have listened his lesson.

He teached the O.Henry’s Hearts and hands .there were several people in the middle of the story.He introduced  American East and West, and its historical background. We have known Which the American development of the Western region. We understood why which the Miss Fairchild  surprised Mr.Easton in handcuffs. Why Mr.Marshal glossed over Mr.Easton. Oh! This was so original!
